We are a small family engaged in the production of high quality walnuts based in the foothills of Olympus. It is an idyllic semi-mountainous area whose:

• the geological conditions, with rich semi-stony soil and tree-nutritious red soil at the right altitude, as well as
• the atmospheric conditions, with the last spring colds leaving after mid-April,

favor the ideal growth and fruiting of the trees.

Εδώ και πολλά χρόνια η οικογένειά μας ασχολείται με τη γη και κατά καιρούς έχουμε ασχοληθεί με την παραγωγή διαφόρων αγροτικών προϊόντων. Το 1996 κάναμε τα πρώτα μας βήματα στην καλλιέργεια καρυδιών φυτεύοντας τους πρώτους μας καρυδεώνες. Μετά από χρόνια κόπων, σκληρής προσπάθειας, υπομονής αλλά και αγάπης και φροντίδας καταφέραμε το 2008 να έχουμε ουσιαστικά την πρώτη μας ώριμη παραγωγή. Σήμερα οι ρίζες αριθμούν περίπου τις 1500, άλλες σε πλήρη παραγωγή και άλλες ακόμη στα πρώτα χρόνια της ανάπτυξής τους.

Our main concern is to produce a quality product. Our production is monovarietal and all of it comes only from family orchards.

We always think about the environment and try to make as little use of medicines and other agricultural preparations as possible.
